Lorraine was casually clad in a denim dress with a ruffled neckline and a wrap-over skirt, dressing down the look with a pair of trainers.

Hiding behind a large pair of tortoiseshell shades, she wore a black bag slung ober one shoulder.

Meanwhile, across town Mel cut a casual figure in a strapless jumpsuit and a floral baseball cap as she enjoyed an outing at Brentwood Gardens.

She appeared engrossed in her phone as she wandered about following a stressful evening - during which she lost her dogs.

The pet pooches have reportedly been found and returned to her after her plea on social media, revealing she was 'devastated' when she realised her two French Bulldog puppies had 'disappeared' from her family home,

She had urged her 923,000 Instagram followers to help her find her beloved pet pooches in a heartfelt plea on Thursdy.

But since posting the news the Spice Girls band member - who was known as Scary Spice when she was in the group - has had her dogs 'found and returned' to her.

One social media user, named Cynthia Valdizón, replied to Mel's post and stated her boyfriend's mother had discovered the lost puppies.

Although it is unknown how the animals managed to escape, it is believed the two dogs were found ambling around the streets at night, and one was 'stuck in a bush'.

The person commented on Mel's picture posted on the photo-sharing site, and wrote: 'They've been found and returned! My boyfriend's mom found them lost and wandering while she was driving home last night, one I think got stuck in a bush. (sic).'

Cynthia has claimed other passers-by ignored the dogs but her lover's parent couldn't, and took them home where she cared for them.

She continued: 'No one was stopping to help them but she couldn't just leave them there. They were bathed, fed, walked, hugged, kissed, loved, and cuddled! (sic).'

Despite running away, Cynthia has hailed Mel's animals as 'very well-behaved' pets.

She continued: 'They're very well-behaved puppies and so adorable. (sic).'

And fellow social media users are relieved the 'Wannabe' hitmaker's dogs have been returned safely to their rightful owner

This comes after Mel was ‘ordered to pay’ estranged husband Stephen a reported £30,529 ($40,000) a month, despite 'squandering' the bulk of her multi-million pound fortune during their 10-year marriage.

A Los Angeles judge is understood to have granted film producer Belafonte’s request for emergency spousal support to cover basic amenities including food, housing and phone bills.

According to the website the order also includes a separate £106,813 ($140,000) payment for his legal fees as their acrimonious divorce proceedings continue.

In court documents obtained by DailyMail.com Judge Lawrence P Riff made the order at LA Superior Court Friday.

The judge did however decline to slap an order on Mel B requiring her to desist from interfering in the listing and sale of the couple's $8.9million Hollywood Hills home.

Belafonte, 42, who is banned from the home under terms of a temporary restraining order against him, had accused his wife of preventing real estate agents from being able to show the property.

The documents note that Mel, also 42, had opposed all of her husband's requests for relief and seeks her own relief, asking the court to give Belafonte a Gavron warning - a notice insisting he become self-supporting.

Judge Riff wrote: 'The Court has considered carefully Brown's allegations... that she suffered serious, debilitating abuse at the hands of Belafonte resulting in bodily injury and profound emotional distress.'

But he added that Belafonte had also entered a sworn declaration 'categorically and emphatically' denying all such allegations.

In conclusion he wrote that the 'competing user-oath allegations and denials' do not constitute documented evidence.

'Belafonte's request for temporary Spousal Support is granted,' he said.

Mel is said to earn about £190,000 ($249,000) a month by being a judge on America's Got Talent.

Her financial situation was laid bare in June when it was revealed her multi-million pound fortune had been wiped out due to her 'extravagant' lifestyle.

And in another shocking twist to the divorce battle, it was claimed the Spice Girls star has just £961 ($1259) left in one of her company accounts.

Mel's British account Moneyspider Productions, which was set up in 1997, holds the small amount of funds, as revealed by The Sunday People

Its nature of business is listed as 'Sound recording and music publishing activities'

A source told the Mirror: 'Mel is an international superstar, still working as a judge on America’s Got Talent, but she only has a small amount of money in the bank, according to Companies House. People may be very surprised.'
