Advantest to Showcase Latest Semiconductor Test Solutions at SEMICON Korea, February 1-3 in Seoul

TOKYO, Jan. 24, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Leading semiconductor test equipment supplier Advantest Corporation (TSE: 6857) will feature its latest test solutions for advanced ICs at SEMICON Korea on Feb. 1-3 at COEX in Seoul, South Korea.
