New NanoScan OP200 Piezo Objective Positioner
Affordable market-leading accuracy with superior step-settle time
The NanoScan OP200 piezo objective positioner has been added to Queensgate's already successful NanoScan OP series product line. The NanoScan OP200 provides class-leading step settle performance over a range of up to 200 µm.
The NanoScan OP200 piezo objective positioner delivers:
- 200 μm closed-loop travel range.
- High-stiffness (1.3 N/µm) provides class-leading step-settle performance: 20 µm (10 %) step sub-8 ms with 150 g load.
- Stainless steel construction provides greater mechanical stiffness and temperature stability.
With user-configurable parameters to accommodate varying objective sizes and weights as well as performance requirements, it works with the majority of microscope types and objective lenses.
Designed for applications requiring high-speed, precision movements in the 200 µm range, it is ideal for high-throughput applications such as semiconductor inspection, autofocus systems for time-lapse imaging, high content screening, and surface analysis.
The Queensgate NanoScan OP series of piezo objective positioners are available with lead times as fast as 4 weeks, significantly outpacing the industry average lead time by over 50%.
