After nearly 50 years of professional experience in the computer and semiconductor industries, Mr. Bondurant has been president & principal analyst of the consulting firm, Vertical Memory since 2002. He served as CEO of mixed signal startup, Instantaneous Technologies in 2016 and as Southwest Applications Manager for leading socket & test adapter firm, Ironwood Electronics from 2012-13.

From 1988 to 2009, he defined products and product roadmaps for successful emerging memory technology businesses which pioneered MRAM, non-volatile SRAM, FRAM, EDRAM, ESDRAM, and ESRAM. He was Director of Marketing for magnetoresistive RAM (MRAM) pioneer, Everspin Technologies (NASDAQ:MRAM) from 2008-9. He was MRAM Global Product Manager at Freescale Semiconductors during MRAM's initial commercial launch in 2007-8. He was Technical Marketing Manager at non-volatile SRAM pioneer, Simtek Corporation from 2006-7. He was Vice President of Marketing for leading low latency DRAM & 1T-SRAM supplier, Enhanced Memory Systems, from 1995-2002. From 1988-1995, he was Director of Marketing at ferroelectric RAM (FRAM) pioneer, Ramtron International.

From 1980 to 1988, he worked with Honeywell Solid State Electronics and Honeywell Digital Product Center to develop government sponsored Very High Speed Integrated Circuit (VHSIC) 1.2 micron & 0.5 micron bipolar CML, CMOS, and radiation hardened CMOS technologies, microprocessors, gate arrays, standard cells, and computer-aided design software and methodologies that were used in leading military systems and commercial supercomputers & mainframes from Honeywell & ETA Systems.

From 1971 to 1980, he worked at leading computer and controls companies, Sperry-Univac, Robertshaw Controls, and Control Data Corporation in microprogrammed computer and digital signal processor designs, distributed control system design, and memory system design.

Mr. Bondurant was inspired to pursue a career in technology and systems from an early age by the space program. He has been an amateur radio operator since age 14. He credits early mentor, Ernest Scott, who helped encourage him in ham radio & engineering. He was inspired by his father and grandfather, who ran a family business in northeast Missouri where he worked from age 10. His grandfather brought electric to a small town in Missouri by wiring houses and running their first electric power plant.
